Nice hotel for business or leisure
I was positively surprised by the size of the room (king bed), it was quiet, renovated/fairly new, comfortable bed and pillows, in the hall you had filtered water, this was a big plus. Areas for improvement: TV was small, 2 towels were a little dirty. I was charged extra for faster internet but I did not opt for that option.

La habitación 601 le falta mucho mantenimiento, no sirven las black out y entra demasiada luz y calor. Los baños estaban sucios, la regadera no sirve la puerta, el aire no se puede controlar la temperatura, la TV de la habitación no se sirve

Lo que se puede esperar de un Courtyard
Muy buen hotel, lo qie se puede esperar de la cadena. Cómodo, buen servicio, bien mantenido, limpio. Lo elegí por la cercanía a varios lugares que visitaría en Querétaro durante el fin de semana, y estoy contento con la elección. Sin duda me quedaría nuevamente ahí.

Es un asco!!!!
La habitación estaba sucia, vieja y fea. En el restaurante me sirvieron un caldo de pollo que estaba echado a perder, las tapicería de las sillas sucias y ya sin cojín, totalmente desgastadas. Daba asco comer ahí. No habían kleenex, ni suficientes toallas y solo un rollo de papel en el baño…..no pude reportarlo a recepción por que tampoco había teléfono en la habitación. Definitivamente nunca vuelvo a ese hotel….y no lo recomiendo para nada.
