Very kind reception for our early evening check in Coffee, tea,cold water, dvd movies, books, board games, dog toys all available for all to enjoy Great recommendations for local sites and bites On a small bluff above the beach with a very large lawn area, fire pit, and easy stair access to the beach below. Our guest room had a front door to the parking lot and a back door opening to a large covered patio, the lawn and beach.

Pricy and adorable
This was a hidden gem. Unfortunately, Hotels.com and the lodge's website weren't particularly transparent about dog pricing. (It's nowhere on Hotels.com, and you have to pretend to make a reservation AND pretend to pay before the rates will show on the lodge's website.) The stay wound up costing us more than we expected. That being said, it was a lovely lodge and the staff were super gracious and welcoming. It would be nice if the doors had peepholes, but unlike the other reviewer, we had zero problems with the locks. We felt secure. Also, the back doors with direct access to the beach couldn't be beat.

Amazing boutique hotel!!! Cutest thing ever! Beds are beyond comfortable! They have every item you could possibly need for your stay in the room, there than wine 😉! They even have doggie overnight bags for your fur babies!!! Can't say enough about how great this place is! And the beach is RIGHT there!

Don’t hesitate to stay!!
We loved this little hotel! It was built in the 40’s and still has that vintage charm but rooms have been updated and were super cute. Bed was comfy… the blackout curtain worked well.. but I wish we could have turned the outdoor light off some light peeked through.. I’m super sensitive though. The patio and big outdoor space right out your back door was terrific with littles!! Nice open grassy place to run around and Picnic, play games. Great beach access too. And there was a fire pit to enjoy. The office had a great selection of movies and games to borrow and freely take to your room! The staff was so friendly and available. We will for sure be going back!!! I do wish there was one more chair to sit in the room.. I know space is tight. That’s the only thing I found myself needing..
