My family and I stayed 2 nights everything was fine, staf is very nice, convenient store nearby, transportation in front of the hotel, pool was excellent, beach next to the hotel elevator fine. Except during the day is a bit noisy because remodeling is going on. Other than that we strongly recommend, definitely we will be back.

At this point I don’t understand how some one can use Expedia or anything that Expedia offers, by far the worse experience ever, I had to go to other hotel in the very first day, and the worse part of these is they did not refund my money. Expedia and this hotel are very terrible!!!!!!

Muy bien. Pero estaba en remodelación.
El servicio del personal muy bien todo muy amables. El hotel bien ubicado con acceso directo a la paya. El único pero, es que lo estaban remodelando cuando estuvimos ahí hospedados, lo que ocasionó ciertos contratiempos. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

El hotel se encuentra aún dañado por el huracán, sin embargo lo tratan de mantener bien y limpio. Los colchones son nuevos y cómodos. Hace falta pintura en las habitaciones ya que ahí si se ve deteriorado pero por el tiempo.
