My family and I stayed 2 nights everything was fine, staf is very nice, convenient store nearby, transportation in front of the hotel, pool was excellent, beach next to the hotel elevator fine. Except during the day is a bit noisy because remodeling is going on. Other than that we strongly recommend, definitely we will be back.

Desde nuestra llegada se reporto que no habia cortina o que no servia las corredizas, estuve 4 dias y munca las arreglaron, la ropa de cama y baño ya es muy vieja, el hotel está en reparacion todavia, en general la limpieza buena y el personal atento, sólo esos detalles que hay que poner atencion para un mejor servicio

El servicio del personal muy bien todo muy amables. El hotel bien ubicado con acceso directo a la paya. El único pero, es que lo estaban remodelando cuando estuvimos ahí hospedados, lo que ocasionó ciertos contratiempos. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

Que no tiene estacionamiento para disponer del carro cuando lo necesitemos, me gustaria que mejor el estacionamiento tenga un guardia y este abierto cuidando para asi yo poder ir por el carro cuando quiera, aunque quede lejos, es que se me olvidaba sacar algunas cosas del auto y ya no podia ir
