Nice place, friendly staff, and cute dogs. One of the best places to stay is to visit Grand Sand Dune NP. The room space is not very large but most of the time we are out to visit NP so totally fine.

We appreciate that the owners tried to make the rooms unique and in their own style, but it was unpracticle. Almost no room to put your luggage and toiletteries, because the room is too cluttered. An extra blanket would have been nice. And hot water at the sink. Didn’t try the shower with cold water at the sink.

The staff was friendly and responsive to needs and questions. The room was nicely decorated and you could park at your room door. When I arrived, the toilet seat was was dirty with visible marks. The staff quickly cleaned the the toilet. The comforter was stained and also had visible "stuff" smeared on it. It definitely needed to be washed. I would stay there again if it were cleaner.
