We booked a wheelchair-accessible room but the bathroom only had bars in the shower, not near the toilet. Additionally the shower chair provided was not a shower chair, but a very small stool that made taking a shower an unsafe experience for people with limited mobility. Parking around the hotel is severely limited and finding a parking spot was always difficult. The hotel is also close to the Nuremberg airport which means that it's very noisy due to planes taking off and landing. Staff in general was nice, when they were around. The breakfast was good, apart from very weak coffee.

Room ok, challenges with the shower
Toilet and shower, water leaked and could hear the drops from the shower. Also you could not fix the water temperature and it changed always to cold and hot and you were always forced to rearrange the temperature or to be fast to put the water away from you to not get burned.

Decent hotel near airport
The hotel overall was good, but the interaction with the reception staff during my check-out was notably disappointing. On the morning of my departure, after an unexpected overnight stay in Nurnberg due to a storm that grounded flights, I encountered difficulties with my phone service, likely related to the storm, and was unable to call a taxi to the airport. When I requested assistance, the receptionist explicitly refused, stating, "No, call them yourself," despite my explanation of the technical issues I was experiencing, he again repeated “No, do it yourself. Just call.” This response, accompanied by a dismissive gesture and expression, conveyed a deep lack of concern for my situation. This unhelpful behavior was embarrassing and made me feel disregarded. Fortunately, other guests in the lobby noticed the situation and kindly stepped in to assist me—one offering to call a taxi and another guiding me to the local Ubahn station. This incident was unsettling and not reflective of the courtesy one would expect in such circumstances. I have never asked a hotel to call a taxi for me before, and de see this as a task I should be able to manage myself. There was no need to be treated this way given I explained the situation and really just needed some help.

Jag tyckte detta hotellet var riktigt bra och då jämför jag med många tidigare vistelser i regionen. Frukosten var helt utmärkt, en kontinental frukost med allt ifrån frukt, bacon, massor av olika brödsorter, yoghurt och allt man kan önska sig. Mycket god service och många språkval i expeditionen. Det enda jag har att klaga på är att jag tycker att sängen var lite för hård. Men annars var allting toppen. Fräscha rum, god service, utmärkt, dusch och toalett och riktigt snabbt Wi-Fi.

Hotelli oli vähän pettymys
Hotelli ok, sijainti vähän hankala. Viereinen ravintola oli kiinni ja ruokapaikkoja ei lähistöllä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sekava. Tein kuten ohjeissa pyydettiin ja ilmoitin myöhäisestä saapumisesta (klo 20:00). Ohjeet olivat hämmentävät ja jouduin niihin pyytämään tarkennusta. Saapuessani, koodi ei toiminut, mutta onneksi joku tuli avaamaan oven ja antamaan huoneen avaimen. Hotellin aamiainen - erittäin niukka, joten jätin väliin. Joka yö heräsin puolen yön jälkeen käytävillä todella äänekkäisiin ja meluaviin vieraisiin, kolmantena yönä menin itse pyytämään hiljaisuutta. 😥 Huone oli hyvä, mutta vedenkeitin oli rikki.
