The room itself was very nice and spacious, but the customer service was terrible. I was working and ended up booking a second night. I called down to the front desk after I had booked through the app, and made sure to tell them to tell the cleaning staff that I was booked for a second night in the room and to not disturb as I was working. They assured me they would let the cleaning staff know. Not only did the cleaning staff knock on my door during the middle of a call, they ended up knocking on my door three more times over the following hour and trying to force the door open. Even though I called down to the desk every single time to tell them again that I was staying a second night, when I asked to speak to the manager, I was given the manager secretary, who went on a long diatribe about why the Housekeeping staff, were looking at the wrong information. How difficult is it to speak to the housekeeping staff directly rather than have them rely on a print out? I can understand a mistake the first time but three more times? Staff were incredibly rude and I ended up leaving even though I had paid for the night . Do NOT recommend this hotel!
