The owners were very friendly and helpful! The owners made sure you were well fed in the morning and arranged transfers and tours. It was our first visit to Santorini and there are very expensive places to stay but Momento is basic accommodation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I did find the pillow very large and hard. The beds are basic too, but we aren’t a fussy family. The shower is small, but again we didn’t really mind. There was a slight sewer gas smell in the bathroom but that was quite common on the Island. We really enjoyed our stay. It is not a fancy hotel, but totally pleasant.

Lots of room and the service was excellent. Our host even took us to an early ferry for a reduced cost. The shower was not the greatest and we saw mouse droppings on the floor in the hallway. Otherwise, it was good value.

We loved the location in Perissa. We liked having our own private patio. Rooms were clean and pool were lovely. Close to the beach. The couple who run the Memento were helpful. They helped with renting a car and tours. We had a wonderful stay here. We loved Santorini!!

I found Tatyana and Slobodan gracious hosts! By far the best point of Memento Parissa!! The swimming pool was unseated and very cold, intolerable to me and I don’t mind cold water! The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the shower was very small and hard to have a decent shower in! I would not stay there again! For the nightly price I was very unimpressed!

We stayed at the apartment. The bathroom smelled like urine all day, it was awful. We were very disappointed to see our very small balcony, which overlooks a building under construction. The "Kitchen" area was very small, didn't touch anything because the drawers smelled terrible, although there was a new electric stove there. But the most awful thing was the bed. Never before had to lay down on such terrible matress. The pool is very cool but was very enjoyable and the place is 5 min walk from a great beach, though very touristic with all the restaurants. The breakfast was ok, no vegetables at all and the same everyday.

Four sleeping beds is all what we need
Our family of four stay only two nights,in room #12,at the second building,ground floor ,this building is 30 years old ,even after some maintenance for our room,but the smallest parts of the room was the WC ,bathroom and of course the smelly shower of size 70x70cm only,the bathroom total size is not exceeding 120x170 cm What I conclude is from the hotel.com marketing description is not mentioned that this family room is less than 5.00x5.00=25.00 square meter Which is less than any national standard ,or and even any similarity of three stars hotel descriptions in hotel.com, It's waist of money to stay in this type of room.but the hotel other services is worth money. Due to bad smelled bathroom from the inspection hole and UPVC,piping system,no special siphon is installed to blocked the smell from the manhole or the interceptor hole was not installed. Breakfast was great value at the shaded area of the external pool 170 cm deep. The lady manager was great tourist guide for our family and myself to what we asked for ,she very much talkative one ,with all details and information correctly and precise in all information ,beaches,restaurants,fees,markets,roads.....etc...

My family and I had a very nice stay at this property, the owners/managers (Tatiana, her husband and little girl are lovely) are very friendly, helpful and ready to assist in any way possible. I felt welcome, our children loved the pool and it is 5 minutes literally walking distance from the beach, restaurants, supermarket, bus stop and a lovely bakery!

Very Basic rooms but good value for price. The pool was nice and the hotel was very close to the beautiful black sand beach (maybe 5 minute walk). Owners live on site and very helpful - gave us rides to and from airport (for fee but less than taxi). Not a luxury hotel, but very clean and no problems at all. Can't beat the price!

Good location, Excellent owners
I only doc off a little bit for comfort due to the tiny size of the showers, with curtains that cling to you. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean and well sized. The location is great, with great bus and beach access. A few restaurants nearby and a well-sized grocery store. The owners were incredibly kind and hospitable with an adorable little family. They were available for any questions we had about the area or our stay, and even offered an economical personal taxi service to and from the airport and to Fira. Would stay again just for the sweet hosts!
