I stayed two nights in this lovely Bavarian style hotel and was very impressed by the spacious room, the staff and the location. It’s a 3 minute walk to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station, with trains every 20 minutes direct to Munich central station (or only 17 minutes to Giesing where you can change onto the underground). My room came with a Nespresso machine, complimentary water, lots of wardrobe space and also a large bathroom. I didn’t have breakfast but there was a hearty buffet and also a lovely bar area too. Definitely will stay here again!

A lovely hotel in a small village with lots going on away from the hustle and bustle of Munich. The rooms were very large with a good sized bathroom. Very friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant; highly recommend eating there as the food is delicious and plentiful. Well served by the train service and easily reached from the station. Highly recommended.

No coffee maker or kettle in the rooms, no mini fridge or in room safe, really cheap body wash/hand soap, paper thin towels, and pillows are down filled but so flat as to be useless in supporting your head and neck. Asked the waiter in their restaurant at supper for free tap water and he ended up still charging us 3.30 euros. Would not recommend

Good Hotel but avoid the Restaurant
The lad in reception was great and really helpful. It's a pity the restaurant weren't so customer focused. 5 of us tried to eat in the restaurant but the staff member was avoidant and disinterested. We were given menus but decided we'd get a better service elsewhere. The rooms were fairly basic and inconsistent. We had 5 rooms in total. One had a sofa, 2 had baths, some had desks. All were clean with comfortable beds but could have been improved with tea and coffee facilities. Water was welcome though. I would stay here again.
