As we arrived they didn't have our reservation. The stuff was quite ignorant, they told that they see no reservation, and by this, they were going to finish the case. Though we paid for 9 nights. (and came one day later). As we pressed on them, they told, they must call and wait the manager.
The manager came, and was very helpful and polite, and not ignorant at all. All was found and solved in 10 minutes. (the webpage didn't sent the reservation email to the hotel) We have got our room.
From this point all was excellent. The place, the service, the comfort.
Only the aircon was a little ill, something was wrong with the thermostat, in case you set 23-25°C then it was cold, if you set 27°C, then there was no cooling at all. But we could manage it.
All in all, we would be happy to return.
