I booked a room over a month in advance through Hotels.com and requested a crib for my baby. I promptly received a confirmation that a crib would be available. However, upon arriving at the hotel, there was no crib in the room. To make matters worse, the phone in the room was broken, so I had to use my cell phone to request both a crib and a replacement phone.
I was told that they would bring both items to the room, but after waiting for 5 hours, nothing arrived. When I called again, I was informed that there were no cribs left. The phone was also never replaced.
The lack of service was extremely disappointing, especially considering I had communicated my needs well in advance. Although I don't usually leave negative reviews, this experience left me no choice. The only positive aspect was the beautiful view of the vineyard from the room.
