The room didn't look anything like the pictures that were posted both on Expedia as well as their own website. Our room wasn't updated, as the pictures showed. That isn't the end of the world, but our room also wasn't very clean. There was a lot of dirt on the floor right as you walked into the bedroom, the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been cleaned or changed in about a year, the mattress and the mattress pad under the pillows was dirty and stained, and the bathroom floor was visibly dirty which we noticed once the floor got pretty wet on our first night and we cleaned it up with a towel and the towel was very dirty. I talked to the front desk about the dirt and asked for a broom and they asked us to wait until the next day and they would send a cleaning crew up there, which was fine. When we got back, they had just put a broom in our room and no dustpan. I sent an email to the email address that had previously responded to me, about the other cleanliness issues and I didn't get a response. The people working at the front desk were super nice, and the Airspace area to store luggage until check in was great. I just wish our room had been cleaner or that someone had acknowledged our thoughts.
