Since day one I had no hot water. First time, they sent out someone to fix it, he turned on the shower and it was hot, then proceeded to explain what side it was hot. Of course I knew what side it was hot and I had done it correctly but he had turned on the heater prior to going to my room, I learned this the next day because I had the exact same issue and I called the lobby, the boy there asked if I had turned it the other direction and then giggled making fun of me. The technician came up, a younger inexperienced one this time and confirmed water was not coming out hot. He left and came back telling me he had turned on the water heater and it should be hot in some minutes. It worked a few minutes later. Third day, the exact same issue but this time I did not bother to call, each day it took more than 30 mins to fix it and I had no time. You should not make fun of your customers or take them for incompetent people who can't turn on the hot water in a shower. Better fix your water heaters so they don't turn off every day. Rooms are tiny, TV has no access to netflix or anything else other than antenna tv.
