I'm not the biggest fan of hotels, but Riad Raffaele was one of the best I have ever stayed. An oasis of calm, peace and tranquillity. The service was some of the best I have ever received on holiday. Thoughtful, informative, and very helpful. I even had a massage there. I cannot recommend it enough, and am going back as soon as I can.

Morgenmad lidt ensformig. Komfortable værelser, men uundgåeligt at blive vækket hver morgen af morgenbøn i byens højtalere. Ulempen ved at bo så centralt. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale.

The best thing about this riad are the friendly and helpful employees. Redouane was amazing. He found us a wonderful guide and made reservations for our large group at wonderful restaurants. His English is very good. The riad is charming and the spa is excellent. We enjoyed the snacks but did not have any other meal here. They do not have a liquor license, as is the case with many riads and restaurants. They booked us a car to bring us from the airport which is the only way to go because a lot of taxis can’t find the place. The taxis can get to a few feet away so this is good, and if you are planning to return by taxi, ask the hotel to make that arrangement and get the phone number of the taxi driver. That way you know that your driver will be able to find the riad. As far as accessibility, I have found that a lot of riads require the ability to climb a lot of stairs so guests should make sure to inquire. Rooms at riads are on different levels and the breakfast or restaurant is often on the roof-top.
