The only negative thing was that the showerhead seemed to be clogged and it only had water coming out on the outside side nozzles leaving the center nozzles not working.

This place feels safe, new, and quiet. It is far from run down. The breakfast is nice, delicious, clean, and hot. If I absolutely must find something to complain about is the whole grain waffles. I prefer my waffles to be fully processed flour - other than that the breakfast was more than sufficient to satisfy most people’s needs.
