Subpar food, service mediocre, hotel great
Stay was great, food was subpar. There are certain courtesies that one expects, for instance if I request an Uber or private transport from another place other than the hotel, I would have never expected that the hotel would make me walk out to the street to receive my ride. That’s the kind of treatment you’ll receive here from hotel lobby. When I requested a slightly later check out and they said “yes, but it’s going to cost you per hour”. At time of check out, we had to wait in the lobby for two hours for our transportation, not once were we offered a drink, water, nothing. We were no longer guest, so they could care less. And I’ll have to walk to the street dragging my luggage since they won’t allow my Uber to pick me up at the hotel lobby.

The staff was very attentive and the activities they offered every day were very enjoyable. Very safe and clean resort. The only thing I wish was that the beach was swimmable but that is out of the control of the resort. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would go back.

The staff was excellent. The facilities needs to be improved. Outdated bathrooms and the rooms and bedding always felt damp. The room had a musty smell. When resort is at full capacity the dinning is limited and evening dining needs to have a reservation, without one, you may not get seated. This resort was little disappointing.
