Everything about the property was at or above expectations. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Rooms about as expected for the price, just basic rooms. Having outdoor shower & community bathrooms to clean off or change before going back to the rokm was great! Lots of food options within walking distance. Beach about 100 feet from motel. Overall a great experience for us!

Would like to stay again!
Great hotel. Clean and very close to the beach (2 minute walk) and boardwalk (about 5 mins) and many restaurants and activities. The parking is easy and also I appreciated we could leave the car in the lot the day we checked out so we could spend more time at beach.

Too expensive. Scam. Charge per night just to get more money. No refunds at all. False advertising: not beach front at all. Doesn’t give extra towels or anything else. Toilet didn’t flush. Shower kept dripping. Kids running around everywhere & noisy. Why was walkway washed in middle of day. Hose was a tripping hazard. Just GHETTO!!

Stay away!
The worst motel experience I have ever had. Rooms were filthy, walls were caving in (probably from mold) because there was no ventilation, it was noisy and loud, no one followed any of the rules and no one enforced them. If I could give zero stars I would! It was so awful we ended our trip early because we couldn’t bear to stay there any longer. Do yourself a favor and pick the Hilton next door. It’s more money, but would be well worth it!!
