部屋、スタッフさん、立地などなど全部良かったです！！ シャワーもトイレと区切られてて使いやすかったし洗面所自体広かったです！ トイレットペーパーそのまま流せるのも◎ 部屋広いしバスタオル交換もゴミ捨てもしてくれてたし(部屋清掃お願いしてなかったのでちょっと怖かったですが笑)、変換プラグも無料貸出ししてくれました。 また韓国行った際には再利用したいです！ ありがとうございました。

母親と2人、3泊4日で滞在。 【良かった点】①お部屋が広々としていた点。110Lのスーツケースを少しゆったりと広げることができた為。②ホテルの立地の良さの点。③フロントで日本語が通じる方がいた点。 【悪かった点】①防犯面で不安を覚えた点。チェックインを済まし、いざ部屋に向かうとなぜか部屋が空いたままであった。また、エレベーターは客室のカードキーを読み取る認証リーダーが無いタイプであった。その為、宿泊者以外の不正な侵入があるのではないかととても恐怖を感じた。 ②客室の水場の独特な臭いを感じた点。入室した時に、少し鼻にかかるような臭いであった為。（客室は何とか大丈夫であったが、やはり水場は仕方ないのかなと我慢した。） ただし、主要駅であるソウル駅にも近く、何よりアクセスが良かった。場所柄、お買い物や食事にも困らないのはありがたい。

初めての韓国旅行で3泊4日利用させて頂きました。こちらのホテル本当におすすめです。ホテルの従業員の方、清掃の方、皆さんめちゃめちゃ親切です！日本語を話せる方も朝～夜まではフロントにいてくれるので安心だし、皆さんほんとに優しいです！タクシーに忘れ物をしてしまい、連絡が取れなくて相談したらすぐに対応してくれて、その日のうちに忘れ物が戻りました。とても助かりました！部屋はWベット1つの部屋でも大型スーツケース２個余裕で広げれました。トイレットペーパー流せます。シャワーのみてすが、ドアがあるのでトイレ濡れません。シャワーの勢いも良いです。ドライヤーは備付けなので洗面所でしか使えませんが、風力は十分。変圧器変換器貸出してくれます。ワオパス発行の機械もホテル入口にあります。雨だと傘貸出してくれます。私が泊まった部屋が洗面所の周りに化粧品などの小物を置けるスペースが無かったのと、部屋の電気が暗いのが少し不満でしたが、そこはもうホテルの方々の接客の素晴らしさでカバーできるぐらいよかったです。また韓国行く時は、迷わずこちらのホテルを利用させていただきます。従業員の皆さん、特にジュヒョンさん、メガネ着用の男性wありがとうございました。
