Nice place but issue with customer service
Overall the hotel was very nice but we did have an issue with customer service.
We had booked a room that included breakfast for two. But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast.
We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time.
We chatted with hotels.com. They called the hotel and asked that breakfast be provided as it was included in the booking. The hotel refused.
On the positive side, the front desk staff was somehow able to be extremely friendly while refusing to provide any customer service whatsoever.
I’m being genuine about how friendly they were — it was impressive, really.
The bed was comfortable.
The AC worked well.
The wifi was reliable.
And the pool was relaxing and pleasant.
