This hotel is a short distance southwest of the historic district, and that is why it sits on a fairly big nicely landscaped lot with a nice swimming pool and an open, airy and calm feeling that hotels in the center can't offer becaus of the lack of space there. The rooms are modern, nice spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. There is no refrigerator or mini-bar in the room (I was in the executive wing). There are several convenience (and fast food) stores nearby, where you can buy a qrobus card to tide on the public buses that can take you pretty much everywhere around town. The huge La Comer supermarket is less than 10 minutes away on foot. I loved this place, for the friendly end very efficient front desk, the modern and comfortable rooms, quiet and excellent location.

Estadia en Queretaro a turismo o negocios
Estadia Agradable en el Hotel. Buena relacion costo-beneficio. Aire puro y verde alrededor. El punto desagradable fue en el check in porque no respetaron la condicion de Socio Gold de Hoteles que dice que habiendo disponibilidad para un upgrade el Hotel lo ofreceria....por el contrario, me comentaron, que esa posibilidad existia si pero con un cargo extra. Al pagar se equivocaron y cobraron un valor mas elevado que luego deducieron de gastos en el restaurant y al hacer el check out me dieron un documento que estipula un credito valido por hasta 4 anos a utilizar en un eventual regreso. Lo acepte!. Asimismo no ofrecieron el voucher de cortesia para las bebidas tal cual como consta en la reservacion de Hoteles....solo lo hicieron cuando posteriormente reclame al respecto. En todo lo demas el Hotel es una exxcelente pedida para estadias en Queretaro.
