建物自体は古さを隠せない感じはするが、清潔感はあり快適に利用することができた。 ロケーションもよく、遊覧船乗り場やカムイルミナのすぐ横。 食事はとても美味しく満足できたし、温泉もよかった。 あえて要望を言わせてもらえば、オートロックドアの採用や風呂の脱衣所は鍵つきのロッカーの方が安心感は高くなると感じた。
