Everything just seems to not be working properly: The blinds broke and were never fixed. The key to the bedside cabinet did fit & work properly. I missed out on the breakfast coffee one day because I had to leave early and wanted one in the evening, but they charge 1 euro. It's young management, so they need to learn that little things make a difference to the customer. The front desk staff did the best they could and they were nice, but I should not be asked if I knew how blinds work because I have the same window blinds at home. I am on holiday, I shouldn't be trying to make the key fit into the lock and then try to fix the window blinds. I don't want to worry about repair issues while I am taking a break from regular life.
