We seemed to have had one of the larger rooms according to the floor plan. I was not expecting such a nice room based on other reviews I read. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean, and the minibar was stocked with a few complimentary drinks. Additionally, there was an Aldi Süd, Netto, and dm all within a short walk of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Worms.

Poorly Maintained Hotel
This hotel was recently purchased by another company. Unfortunately, the hotels has been neglected. The elevator did not work, the room had torn drapes, and some of the lighting did not work either. Even the door had an electronic code and it only worked after the third time of pushing the door. That was each time you tried to go in. I would not recommend staying here.

Great place for a comfortable overnight stop. Lovely 6km round trip walk to the Rhine, where there are several restaurants and yummy ice cream parlours. Loved the free refreshments in the mini bar and the free coffee, something we haven’t experienced before. Nice to see that customers are still valued and not just an expendable commodity.

Große Zimmer und komfortabel. Leider ist das WLAN sehr sehr schwach, im Schlafzimmer gar kein Empfang. Das sollte heutzutage mit Verstärkern machbar sein. Hier sollte das Hotel nachlegen zumal viele Leute geschäftlich dort sind.

Hundefreundliches Hotel in Worms
Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren hier (damals gehörte das Hotel nicht zur Dormero Kette) und wunderten uns über manche negative Bewertungen im August 2024. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert, das Personal SEHR freundlich, das Zimmer wunderbar groß, und das Hotel ist erstaunlich hundefreundlich. Auch wenn die Rezeption nur von 13 bis 23 Uhr besetzt ist, finde das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Schlechtestes Hotel der Dormero Kette
Dies war mit Abstand das schrecklichste Dormero Hotel, welches ich jeh besucht habe. Beim Check in wurde mir gesagt, dass der Parkplatz 15€ pro Tag kostet. In der Beschreibung steht kostenlos. Ich habe ein Zimmer bekommen, da hat das Kopfteil vom Bett gefehlt und lag neben an. Da die Rezeption nur von 15:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr besetzt ist, habe ich dies am nächsten Abend reklamiert. Während meines ganzen Aufenthaltes ist Nix passiert. Dann war die Frühstückszeit ab 7:00 Uhr morgens. Da ich aber das Hotel immer gegen 6:45 verlassen musste. Konnte ich dies nicht wahrnehmen. Deswegen erfragte ich ein Lunch Paket. Dieses klappte dann bei der ersten Bestellung und war mir Brötchen Kuchen Obst und Getränk auch sehr gut bestückt. Beim 2. und 3. mal dann war es nicht fertig und ich musste die Küche nochmal dran erinnern. Dort bekam ich dann nur noch 2 Brötchen und nen Apfel. Für 17€ Frühstückskosten sehr mager. Auf meine Beschwerden ging niemand ein!!!!! Dormero geht viel besser!!! ( Stuttgart zum Beispiel )

Good, but unlucky.
It’s was a hot summer day with 32 degrees. I had a room on the top floor. Which was way too hot. It resulted it minimal sleep and there wasn’t even a fan. Would definitely not recommend in the summer, but otherwise nice room and clean.

Es un hotel correcto. Las habitaciones están buenas grandes, buenas camas y amplio el baño. La recepción esta decorada terriblemente. Pocas veces vi un lugar tan mal decorado y ambientado. Cuesta un poco superarlo para quienes nos gusta un poco las cosas estéticas. La recepción abre a las 14hrs. Si llegas antes hay que esperar porque no hay un alma en el hotel
