Pools were old and dirty. Very noisy hotel and they don't have Air Conditioning. inconvenient location. Room service food was horrible. Do not recommend it at all. Staff did what they could but to no avail. Great massage! Not worth the price.

Casi toda la experiencia en el hotel fue increíble: Spa.- maravilloso Temazcal.- increíble Habitaciones.- preciosas Peeeero el restaurante fue de las peores experiencias. Los meseros no tienen ganas de trabajar, la comida TODA estuvo quemada, no quisieron darnos mesa en la terraza “por qué no había disponibilidad”, pero estaba prácticamente vacía. El gerente fue muy amable, y nos invitó una bebida para quitarnos la mala opinión, pero tardaron más de media hora en servirnos, pues no querían atender a la gente. Ahí decidimos pedir unos churros de postre, y estaban crudos!!!!!! Es una pena que teniendo ese gran lugar, esté vacío por que no vale la pena ni la comida ni el servicio del restaurante.

El hotel estaba muy lleno, lo cual no hizo tan cómoda, la estancia, la alberca estaba muy sucia y le faltaba mucho, mantenimiento, paredes, escarapelas, partes, oxidadas, y el Servicio de los Meseros muy lento, antes del santuario era excelente opción para Valle de Bravo, y ahora tengo mis dudas

Hermoso
El hotel es muy bonito, incómodo por tantas escaleras, las habitaciones preciosas. Pensé que era un hotel para adultos, pero había niños y eso le quita paz al lugar que se supone que es para meditar y relajarse. La comida no es la mejor, pero no mala. En general es un lugar hermoso al que definitivamente regresaré.
