Poor service and bad experience in hotels.com
Really bad experience. Hotels.com showed there was vacant room for booking while the staff told us they were fully booked already when we arrived. We could not found another hotel for rest and we stayed on street whole night. Poor service in hotels.com

It is quite a clean and nice room to stay. But some noice coming out from shutting from the side rooms.
