Quality bed, dark room
My stay here was a layover. I really appreciated the dark room when you close the blind (pitch black in middle of day). Even though the place has pallet furniture they did not buy cheap mattresses. This was a top quality mattress! The check in is strictly at 2pm from near the train station then once you have the key you travel out to the hotel (1.5km or 6 stops on a bus). The same company who does the check in also supply luggage storage at the train station so you can leave your bags and visit the city before checking in.

Weinig comfort
Slecht een klein lampje was niet kapot weinig licht. Het bed was hard maar de kamer was wel schoon. De mededeling incl belastingen klopte niet er moest toch toeristen belasting bij betaald worden terwijl de indruk werd gewekt dat het een al in prijs was. Kamer leek dus goedkoper dan hij was.

Veldig fornøyd med to dagers opphold. Rommene var rene og fine. Cityhub lå 1,8 km fra leiligheten, men dette ble ikke et problem. Fint sted fort kortere opphold i Bergamo.

Basic and clean. Staff in office are great.
It is very basic accomodation. Lack some chairs, table and maybe a TV set, ut it is clean and quiet place. People who work in the rental office are very, very pleasant and friendy and help you on any way they can.

Nicht ganz durchdacht
das Hotel war nur als kurze übernachtung bei ner Rundreise gedacht. Der check-In findet nicht in der Unterkunft sondern am Bbahnhof (20 Gehminuten) statt. Hotel ist ansonsten dem Preis entsprechend gut. Grund der schlechten Bewertung ist, dass mitten in der Nacht ein wildfremder Gast in mein Zimmer gekommen ist. das Zimmer weißt eine Verbindungstüre zum Nachbarzimmer auf, die nicht verschlossen war und sich auch nicht abschließen lässt. Rezeption war um die Uhrzeit nicht mehr verfügbar, so dass ich mich in der Nacht sehr unwohl gefühlt habe und schlecht geschlafen habe.

TRUFFA, NON CORRETTI. Ti mandano altrove!!!
Ho acquistato una camera in una location di Bergamo e me ne è stata data un altra, diversa, in tutt'altra posizione. NON è un hotel. E' un affitta camere centralizzato a Bergamo su più appartamenti. Tu acquisti la camera pensando di andare a dormire in un punto della città, in hotel e in una stanza che hai scelto guardando le foto. Quando arrivi alla reception, che è in centro, vicino alla stazione e non all'hotel, sei dirottato a tue spese verso una nuova destinazione perché l'hotel che hai scelto è in overbooking. comportamento non corretto e poco limpido.

Vi tilbrakte fire netter på hotellet og satt stor pris på daglig vask både på rommet og fellesområder. en fint og rimelig alternativ sentralt i nedre del av Bergamo, det eneste som trekker litt ned er noe støy fra gaten.

Overall it was pretty nice hotel, there is no reception desk at the hotel though so you have to take keys in their office which is located around 1.5km away (in front of the train station). The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast self-service. Would be nice if they had air conditioner in rooms too...

sistemazione spartana ma gradevole
Per una mia disattenzione sono andato direttamente presso la struttura (a piedi....) anzichè nella zona della Stazione, dove fanno il check in: colpa mia. Va comunque detto che risulta un po' scomodo dover fare il check-in in un luogo distante circa 1,5 km. dalla camera dove si pernotterà. La ragazza del check in estremamente gentile, efficiente, esaustiva nel fornire le informazioni necessarie. Camera piuttosto spartana ma in linea con la filosofia della struttura: vi ho dormito in una notte molto calda e ho rimpianto un po' l'assenza di un condizionatore, solo parzialmente ovviata dalla presenza di un ventilatore; la pulizia era apprezzabile. Il bagno condiviso era buono e pulito, ma con una pecca: mancava la chiave della porta e perciò era possibilissimo che qualcuno potesse entrare proprio nel bel mezzo di una doccia (o di altri usi del bagno...): per fortuna a me non è accaduto. La colazione è completa anche se forse non proprio ricchissima (macchina del caffè a capsule con una sola capsula a testa più 2 o 3 extra lasciate in cucina, da condividere: se queste ultime sono già state utilizzate non si può prendere un secondo caffè): la cucina in partenza era pulita (quando sono arrivato, la sera) ma la maleducazione di alcuni ospiti (che la sera tardi hanno mangiato, lasciando poi nell'acquaio comune le loro stoviglie sporche) ha fatto sì che al mattino sia cucina che acquaio si presentassero in condizioni poco gradevoli, per uno spazio condiviso fra estranei.

MY ROOM ECO
Hotel położony przy hałaśliwej ulicy. Pokój duży,mało szafek, w dodatku spadła nam jedyna półka w nocy/źle umocowana do ściany/ Mimo zgłoszenie że suszarka nie działa, przez siedem dni nikt nic z tym nie zrobił.Prysznic ok za wyjątkiem spadającego pokrętła do wody. Ręczniki duże białe i czyste, łóżko wygodne. Bardzo gorąco w pokoju, spałyśmy przy włączonym wiatraku /coś tam wiało/ ze stoperami w uszach bo był głośny. Śniadanie codziennie to samo czyli jak kto lubi na słodko, najlepsza z tego wszystkiego była kawa i płatki na mleku. Blisko na zakupy do Auchan i Essalungi. Do stacji kolejowej 15-20 minut Internet chodził super. Ogólnie nieźle.
