Reception very dirty. Front door locked. Old and tired. Room Ok but only ok. Carpet was cleaned a few years ago and is due again. Probably would not stay again. Price way to high for what you get. At best a two star

I missed out on my first of the two nights, due to a missed bus connection in Brisbane. I could not get my money back on the room. One complaint I must say is, I had a trolley, and, the only ramp access was blocked by a vehicle being parked on it.

Not a bad location, limited off street parking. Not very clean. Was long black hair on the “fresh” bed & dirty footprints in the bath. The water went cold very quickly. Only 1 out of the 4 of us got a hot shower. Reception was dodgy. Went to check out and couldn’t find anyone to give our key to. Had everything we needed though.

No sure if it was a dirty air conditioner or the carpet, but it smelled very dusty. The shower looked like it had been done by a handy man differently not a tradesman, when showering the water would run across the floor. Not what I would expect for the price and for a place as big as Mt Isa.
