Enjoyable stay at Waitomo, our cabin was roomy and warm. Good location in town with kids playground and outdoor pool. They enjoyed it. Caves were great as usual, glow worms putting on an excellent display, well worth the visit.

Location, location, location… We chose this place because it is very close to the Waitomo Caves. It’s a mixed campground and motel, with small bungalows. Our bungalow was cozy and simple, with no frills. But it was nice enough for a one night stay and met our expectations.

We had an ensuite cabin with kitchen. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Location handy for the various cave options in Waitomo Caves. Site generally was well kept but we didn't need to use communal facilities so couldn't comment on those.
