The staff aleads attentive. Miguel at front desk always asking if everything was okay. He was able to accommodate my needs due to my chemical allergies thus my stay was very pleasant without any issues. Amazing experience. Charming renovated historic building. Our room faced the street and their bakery was below us. We were waken to the smell of freshly baked croissants. The staff Daniel and Oswald could not be more polite and attentive. Fabulous breakfast of delicious Mexican dishes like chilaquiles and enchiladas. Breakfast was included. The room was ample. Large window opened to the street. Centrally located. Walking distance to the cathedral, shopping and restaurants. No need for a car. Highly recommend restaurants Cabarrocas and Mural de los Poblanos. Both restaurants are two blocks away. I don’t recommend Casa del Mendrugo restaurante. Very disappointing. Not at all like the other restaurants that I mentioned. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a romantic experience in a charming place

A Beautiful Hotel, A Wonderful Surprise
The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the historical zone, a stone's throw from the best museums, churches, and restaurants (the hotel restaurant is superb). The hotel is top-notch for Puebla, with amazing staff, beautiful rooms, and tranquil/upscale common visitor areas. I have traveled to Puebla at least 20 times in my life. This time, I was in town for business but did venture in and around town; this hotel was the nicest one I've stayed in the city so far. Complementary bubbly and chocolates in the evening was a nice touch.
