Hôtel was a little Gem
Hôtel was a little gem. Great staff, lovely room with balcony. Close to secure parking and to Rome & Étoile Metros, 15-20 mins walk to the Sacre Coeur & the Pigalle. Quiet safe area and there was a small general store close by. Access to the lift with the case was a difficult. We would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff who are very helpful. The hotel room is small and if you are a large individual it will be too small for you. Great location with a lovely bakery, supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Drab hotel in Paris
Night manager very nice day manager very cold … the room was TINY with a massive wood wardrobe that made it truely claustrophobic ! , toilet in a cupboard , ugly internal view, peeling paper on ceiling and a lift that was only reached by stairs and was a hazard to enter as right on the staircase , I use a cane and it was a nightmare … room 20 “a comfort twin” no comfort to be had here it was however very clean so well done cleaning staff but the posh exterior and reception leads to fairly crummy rooms

Great Hotel
The hotel was fabulous. it was clean, the staff was extremely polite and very helpful. The room was small but it was perfect for our trip. We didn't need much since we were out and about. The neighborhood the hotel is located in was very clean and quite. I believe it was mostly residential. Which we loved. Not too many tourists, we were able to explore without it being too crowded. I would stay at the New Orient Hotel again.

Very nice hotel for an accessible couple or friends. The stairwell is small if coming from America but it was very quaint and clean. It includes breakfast but we did not buy. We My to local boulangerie at the corner of the block and highly recommend. Very close to metro; less than 10 minutes walk from two different stops. Would def recommend and start again

Very nice hotel on a quiet area but also within walking distance of many of the Paris highlights. Excellent air conditioning. Staff is on duty 24x7 and were super nice and super helpful. And the place is very reasonably priced. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay.

This is a very nice hotel with great restaurants and bars close by. It’s an easy 40 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent service at this charming property! We truly appreciated the excellent air-conditioning in the rooms on hot summer evenings. This is an excellent location walkable to so many different spots (Champs Elysees, Louvre, etc). There’s a lovely patisserie just a few windows down from the hotel. Highly recommend this location!
