Boa localização
Boa localização, perto do Mineirão. Gostei bastante, somente a garagem que não existe. Os caros ficam estacionados um atrás do outro, porém do lado de dentro do portão. Café da manhã bem simples.

bom estive hospedado neste hotel nesta última semana , e no primeiro dia de hospedagem a recepção do hotel não me atendeu , tive que procurar outro hotel para me hospedar , no dia 26/09 retornei ao hotel ... fui atendido muito bem pelo pessoal que trabalha no local , mas as condiçoes do hotel não são as melhores em relação ao preço pago na diária , o chuveiro não esquenta , as paredes do quarto sujas , e sem contar a quantidade de insetos no quarto .

E o café?!
Adorei a licalizacao do Flat, o ambiente eo quarto. Mas o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Eu esperava acordar e ter um bom café da manhã para ter um bom dia de trabalho, mas não foi o que esperava!

Foram completamente intransigentes, o café da manhã não cumpre o que está programado, no que tange ao horário. Foram muito indelicados e mal educados na hora do check-out.. Chegando ao ponto de ligar para seu quarto 40 minutos antes do horário programado para saída, para perguntar se já estávamos saindo, pois haviam outros hóspedes para entrar. É uma pena, pois havia gostado das dependências do hotel. Perderam um cliente.

Decepcionada em alguns quesitos
A localização do Hotel em si é boa. Porém deixou a desejar em alguns quesitos, tais como: o café da manhã aos finais de semana e feriados se inicia as 8 h da manhã, fato que prejudicou a mim e minha família devido aos nossos compromissos. Sem contar a hospitalidade dos "profissionais"da cozinha, que pegavam na beira da faca para te entregar, sem nenhuma higiene, colocando a mão em contato com o que usaríamos. Ar condicionado péssimo. Um calor insuportável e ele parecia que estava desligado (segundo recepcionista a regulagem é automática), mentira, dá para ajustar, mas mesmo assim, muito ruim!

Quarto que eu fiquei foi ruim
Hotel bem simples, então melhor já ir preparado para tal! A limpeza do quarto não estava boa, fiquei em quarto p casal, mas estava cama de solteiro e somente depois de pedir foram arrumar! Café da manhã só tinha dois tipos de pães e dois de bolos, um suco e café e leite! Não tem secador de cabelo! Quarto também cheirava muito mofo!

Hospedagem tranquila e simples
Trata-se de um hotel simples, é limpo e os funcionários são solícitos. Não é luxuoso e tem instalações modestas. À noite dormi muito bem, mas durante o dia é difícil tirar um bom cochilo nos quartos do térreo, pois dá para escutar todo barulho das áreas comuns.
