Overall a good stay. We stayed for one night before heading to Tahoe and found everything to be just as expected. Staff (1 person) was clearly overwhelmed during breakfast hours but he did his best to serve the guests. Breakfast options were limited and the pancake machine wasn’t working so kids weren’t as happy but there were enough options considering it’s a “free” breakfast. We’d stay again we needed to.

No Refunds!
Purchased the insurance and the trip did cancel. They refused to refund. Once all the charges clear I can file the claim. Just silly that they wouldnt free up the room and offer a refund. Even a partial would have been acceptable. Oh well. They lost my business when I passed back through on the same trip.

Stayed overnight prior to heading off to run the Rubicon Trail. The accommodations were good but small. Since it was just me the size was good, but it would be small for a family. The bed was decent (a little firm). I would stay again if in the area.

Disappointing
The upstairs room balconies had bright porch lights that could not be turned off. They were light activated. You had to pull heavy block out drapes. There was not adequate bedding and very worn towels and frayed furnisher. The staff was very nice, but we cut our stay short due to the inadequacies.
