Just OK
The lobby was clean and comfortable, with a fire going and a small breakfast area. Checkin was efficient, particularly if you complete the digital form in advance (which was texted to me). Overall, the hotel was a bit run down and in need of repair. The ice machine on my floor did not work and my room had a strange unpleasant smell. I had great difficulty sleeping due to the room temp, noises, and odors. This hotel seems to be very popular with tradesmen from the area. Personally, I would try another hotel next time I'm in the area.

We were there 3 nights. No maid service. Bath towels left on the floor to get fresh ones & there they stayed. Toilet paper running out, went to the desk for another roll. Chlorine in the whirlpool super strong, 5 minutes was too long.

As soon as we walked into the lobby, we started coughing from some unknown irritant. It was even more irritating and harder to breathe in the pool room. We could not stay in the pool area very long before needing some fresh air.

We stayed a few days and did not have anyone offer to empty the trash etc so the room was very cluttered by the end of our stay. Lack of elevator and ice machine for the second floor are to be noted. Only aware or laundry facilities from overhearing another guest as upon check in we were not made aware of many offerings.
