The pool was excellent although the sun only hit it for a couple of hours each afternoon so lying by the pool wasn't really an option. Location is well south of the centre of Hua Hin however there's a songthaew service only 5 minutes walk away from the property and that can take you as far as the airport for between 10 & 20 baht, so as long as you don't mind a 15-20 minute journey to the centre it's fine. The room I had was shabby at best. Kitchen units looked old and battered, shower attachment and basket shelf needed replaced as both were rusty. Walls needed redecorated - marks everywhere, and the although advertised, there were NO tv channels available. All in all I was pretty disappointed with this place, so much so I left early and wasn't given any sort of refund which was also disappointing. Won't be back.

The accommodation is good, ikea type furniture, a microwave, hob and fridge freezer provide for the necessities. The disappointment for me was that there were six su Lou gets and eight wooden chairs for 70/80 guest rooms. This is totally inadequate and not the impressiongiven by the photographs on Hotels.com site.

We enjoy our staying at First Choice. Nice apartment, Clean and comfortable. It is a bit far from down town HH, but is easy to take transportation. The beach around it is not amazing, but is a relaxing environment. Very good at all.

Unfortunately the cleaners seem to clean the rooms once a week (it's written anywhere in the booking ) but they don't give new clean towels if yo stay 3 /4/5 Nights Even if they clean the nearby Rooms . So no Toilette paper either. Family market and food restaurants nearby . Use green bahtbus for 10baht each till Khao Takiab (end Station) and the walk 5 minutes to the apartment .

Überrasch
Dachte, dass ich mit dem schlimmesten rechnen muss. War dann angenehmt überrascht. Das Zimmer war klein aber schön. Hatte alles was man braucht. Doppelbett, Fernseher, Bad und eine kleine Küche. Kein Frühstück aber das braucht man in Thailand auch nicht wirklich. Gegenüber befinde sich gleich eine Supermarket und genügend Restaurant in der Nähe. Also entweder was kaufen und selber versorgen oder raus gehen. Einziges negative war, dass wir es nicht auf Anhieb gefunden haben. Vtl habe ich es übersehen, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass ich nirgens davon gelesen habe, dass ich statt nach First Choice eher nach „ Baan pleang pleon“ suchen müsste. Nach dem Telefonat mit der Mitarbeiterin von der „ First Choice Firma“ hat man uns dann aufgeklärt, dass die Zimmer bei Baan pleang pleon ist. Das Gebäude ist eig ein condo/ Apartment. First Choice hat dort paar Zimmern gemietet oder gekauft genau weiß ich nicht :-). Oh und dadurch, dass es kein Hotel ist wird das Zimmer nur 1x in der Woche gereinigt. Das heiß, dass man nach der erste Nacht am besten selber putzen sollte. Aber für den Preis immer wieder.
