Overall very pleased with my stay, Facilities were in excellent shape and the room was clean, quiet and had a great view of Morro Bay. Would definitely consider staying here again. Taking one star off because the bed frame made a loud banging noise in response to almost any movement and the staff was more than 30 minutes late opening for the breakfast on the last day of my stay. (Ended up eating next door at Carla's instead)

The staff was wonderful and helped with our booking. The rooms have been updated and felt very clean. The view a little piece of Morro Rock which was a bonus. There is a parking lot with a popular breakfast and lunch spot right behind the room. The location is perfect and very walkable. We’ve stayed before and will stay again. The breakfast option is great when traveling with kids.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. We didn’t have the view of the rock from our room but the other side of the hotel did. I liked the 2nd floor outdoor seating area. The outdoor seating area had enough furniture to sit on during breakfast. They have a small parking area but I didn’t have trouble finding parking in the lot. The beds we’re also comfortable.

Great location from all the dinning places and "downtown" things. However, parking is small, room is old and need work on the cleanliness (hair on bed sheets, stains, etc.). Check in lobby and dinning room is the same place! But breakfast was awesome!

Our stay was not pleasant. We were given a room with a loud persistent hum. When we complained first , we were told it was the dryers and the cleaners would leave soon. When it didn’t stop we complained again at 5.30 and were told now that there the room was close to the electrical room and nothing could be done. We had a horrible night - the noise persisted all the time. Couldn’t sleep at all.
