I did not get to stay at this hotel. I booked through hotel.com and they took my credit card number and sent me a room confirmation. When I got to the hotel they did not have a room for me and they were booked! So I was standing there with no room and no other place to go!!! I will NEVER use hotel.com again!! EVER

What a mess...
The shower did not work, it had no way of turning on at all. The smoke alarm had been ripped off the wall leaving exposed wires. The peep hole was broken and stuffed with an unknown material. The sheets and heavy cover on the bed had several burn marks from cigarettes. The carpets are horrible and reek of old cigarettes. 0/100 will not come back or recommend to anyone.

Some bugs in lights, overall not too bad, room was decent, late night check in girl wasnt too helpful, when asked about any late night restaurants. Maybe get some places to afvertise for those that drop in late night.

Entered in the front lobby and greeted by the front desk clerk. The clerk did not know how to access our reservation. It took 45 minutes to check in. We were the only customers in the lobby. The first room was filthy. When I mention filthy, I mean many, many stains on the sheets, food on the floor, heater filter disgusting, Sheets obviously not been changed just the bed made. shower disgusting. Second room tolerable. At 10 outside our door the front desk clerk vacuumed until 12 midnight. On her phone all night talking so loud I was unable to sleep. Complained the next morning about the stay and nothing done. Also, I never got a receipt of my stay.

Outstanding Hotel!
VERY CLEAN HOTEL! Easy to tell everything has been updated & is very well maintained. Convenient location close to I-80. Friendly & efficient desk staff. Our room had a lovely view of the surrounding mountains & we were able to see a beautiful sunset right from our window. Honestly I can’t think of anything negative about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip east.

The staff are friendly but have their hands tied when it comes to fixing any issues. The owner is a cheapskate who has refused to give good service ever since C-19 shut down many of their services. The breakfast has only three items, the pool is not heated and is dangerously cold, and the building has cracked walls, doors hanging crooked, and pipes that look like the calcium deposits are about to become self aware.

Nice Place
Nice place to stay the night. Very clean, friendly staff, good price. The only issue is that the screens on the windows are worn out/shredded apart. Can't have a nice breeze with an open window.

The person at the front desk was nice but the pool had mildew on the ceiling. The room didn’t smell great, the rugs were dirty and overall not a clean feeling place. We will not be returning.
