I arrived at Macau Airport in the middle of the night. I went to the hotel in a van that I had booked through the hotel in advance, and it wasn't difficult to reserve the van. Thanks to roselle for her help.
The room was clean and spacious, and the view was nice. I had mentioned a non-smoking room in advance, but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there was no room to change to, so they changed me to a new room the next day. But it still smelled like cigarettes. The size of the room was the same, but the number of coffees provided in the room was small, and the type of tea was also changed to a lower grade. I stayed in the downgraded room for 3 days, paying the same amount.
I went to the concierge to make a reservation for the restaurant I was planning to go to, and met roselle, who helped me make a van reservation in Korea. The restaurant was fully booked, so roselle recommended another place and it was a fantastic evening. Thanks again roselle.
It was a perfect hotel except for the smell of cigarettes. I remembered this as a JW Marriate Hotel that I would like to visit again.
