The property was great but the communication was non-existent. We got there, logged into their online app and it said we hadn't paid(we'd paid in full through expedia weeks earlier). It gave us a # to call- tried multiple times, left a message, sent a text, never even got the courtesy of a reply. After an hour working with the Expedia Rep, they were somehow able to reach the manager and we finally got our access code. Still never heard from the manager. No apology, nothing...
