This may be a different review, but I wanted to be simple and straightforward so it can be helpful to future guests so they can be prepared for what to expect.
CONS:
- Besides what I had paid online, I was also charged $50,000 Colombian pesos during the check-in for a supposed "insurance of the hotel."
- The reception staff was nothing nice and had a terrible attitude. Bad customer service.
- The WiFi range did not reach the room. We had to sit in the lobby or on the couches outside of the room to use the internet.
- There was no place and nothing to hang our cloths.
PROS:
- The cafeteria staff are more friendly and nicer than the receptionist.
- The daily breakfast was delicious.
- The hotel is within short walking distance from the beach, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and more.
- The housekeepers were such great people and they used to leave the room impeccable. I give them 10 out of 10.
I hope the management team receive these feedback well and hopefully they can improve them.
