My Stay was very disappointing, primarily because of Hotels.com miss representation of the Hotel, They advertised a 24sqmtr room as superior twin room 2 bedrooms, with one twin bed in each room, with City View. What I got was a room no bigger than 10sqmtr, with two single beds, and no second bedroom, and the view was of a block of flats behind the hotel. I was made to pay for an additional room, and Hotels.com would not accept the error, let alone, refund me my £132.00 extra I was made to pay. The Hotel would not accept responsibility either so I was left out of pocket. Having written a serious complaint letter to Hotels.com, they ave not bothered to reply. I have since checked out of this hotel and booked into another for the duration of my stay. I intend to take this further when I get back to the UK.
