Arrived at the hotel, to find it had been closed since the end of October after receiving confirmation email on Friday for our booking. Very disappointed. Had to find alternative accommodation.

Cannot fault the service ... receptionist was friendly & polite ... the venue is situated very central to airport & motorway & shops ... for what the rooms lacked, they were clean & tidy, had comfortable beds & great shower pressure which made it easy to overlook the need for an upgrade in decor & paint. There is obviously WIP (work in progress) in doing up the inside & outside of venue ... well done ... I'd stay again

Hotel room was large with a comfortable bed. Shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient. Surrounding gardens were well maintained. While staff were helpful and answered all questions, they could have been a bit more friendly. It would have been good to have a breakfast option as struggled to find somewhere to eat.
