Ate in the restaurant - took an hour to place the order for our group and another hour for the food to arrive. When it arrived it was not complete but even worse the bulk of the food was cold. Upon splitting the lobster from the surf and turf, it was rotten inside and smelly. Staff were unconcerned and I have had to raise it with central customer service My recommendation is to stay at the hotel but not eat at the restaurant

We had a great time here during our 11 day stay. A heartwarming staff, excellent service, great room and a lovely restaurant on the premises.
