Very friendly staff and breakfast was great!
Junko, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

I’d actually give it an extra half star. Good location. Parking in back is tight for a bigger vehicle. Has a bar and restaurant.

Old downtown hotel, close to restaurants and shops.
Ronald, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Older property, but clean and beds were comfortable. Needed fan to keep room cool, even though heat was off. Would be nice to have towel racks in bathroom. Staff was VERY helpful and pleasant - thanks to all!

Clean, simple, worth the money for a one night stay while traveling.

The staff was excellent, very accommodating

Large room with big bed. There is no secure room where you can leave your bags after checkout if you can't take them with you at that time. On our last day of orinional stay, we needed to extend our stay by one night and managed to get it a lot cheaper by rebooking by expedia.
Jeff, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Huge room. Could have been a little cleaner as shower drain was full of hair. As clearly advised prior to booking, there are no lifts so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs.

Was the definition of a "seedy hotel". As other reviewers mentioned the place does smell bad. I was afraid to sleep under the sheets and fortunately had a sleeping bag with me on the trip. Slept in it on top of the bed.
Richard, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was a short walk to most things downtown. The room decor was dated but everything was clean.
Darryl, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Short stay at this budget hotel. Very friendly staff! Great location in this older building without elevator. Greater short stays in a very basic accommodation. Just what we needed.
Alfred, 3-night trip

The lobby is an Off-sale liquor store as well as the hotel registration. Liquor sales don’t end until midnight and the parking lot is very sketchy with the people coming to buy liquor. There is no elevator and the room was on the third floor.
Mary, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The staff is clueless, the hotel is mediocre and smells, they tried to bill me twice for my room, all in all I would never stay here again. Worst hotel Ive found on hotels.com yet.

Long in the tooth
The people were super nice but the room had a pretty strong smell. The febreeze didn’t mask it. All the soft furnishings- drapes, carpet, chairs, beds need to be replaced.
Sarah, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This hotel is a bit older. Rooms have not been renovated in a while. Was better priced than other Whitehorse hotels of the same quality rooms.
Jared, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very traditional. Expensive.
S F Marc, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is a basic downtown hotel close to shops, restaurants, banks and other services. The check-in folks were friendly, the room was clean and tidy and the bathroom features were well maintained and functioning properly. Smoking is allowed on the property but there are non-smoking levels. Off-sales of a selection of beer, wine and liquor is available from the check-in counter. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay for a reasonable price.
Randolph, 2-night trip

Nice and helpful staff. Tried to keep it clean but didn’t quite make it. Sketchy because they sold alcohol out of the lobby and quite a few vagrants milling around. No locked front entrance and easy access to rooms from outsiders
Melissa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

No parking other than the streets
Steve, 1-night trip

Friendly, Clean & Quiet
The hotel is old and in need of remodeling, but clean. There is no elevator. My room was nice and clean. One thing I noticed was as old as the carpet was, it didn't make my socks or feet black, the carpet didn't feel clammy. Despite being on a corner, the hotel was quiet. I was concerned with the lack of street parking and having to park my car in the tight alley. I had a comfortable night's rest.
