我已預定房間，去到如家酒店前台說已找過我，冇人聽電話，將間房租比其他人，致電話Hotels. com職員話我們遲攞房，他的能態度差劣，我想問晚上7點幾攞房，就是好晚取房，用信用卡預定房間，都沒有房，我比貴價錢去租另外1間房，非常失望，無助，我以唔會再用你Hotels. com訂房，請大家小心中伏.差差差.
