The hotel itself is clean, staff are helpful and kind. However, the location isn’t that great or walkable to most places of interest in Kuala Lumpur. You have to be prepared to call a taxi in order to explore the city. Nevertheless, given the price point of the hotel it’s definitely worth the price.

The staff & service were excellent. Cannot fault the staff. Spoilt for choice at breakfast. The room was lovely although I would've preferred one with a bath but that's ok. The surrounds is shabby but that's just the area it's located at. It's very close to Time Square and short distance to Lalaport if shopping is your thing. Note to self...don't use Google Maps for walking directions. It'll lead you up the garden path!

Has an odd traffic situation around it and can be hard to get to some days via grab / rooms are very nice and well appointed with nice shower gel / breakfast was good not sure about peas for breakfast but other wise 3/5 for that.
