Very convenient for Piccadilly station (4 minutes walk) a virtually new hotel. Helpful staff and well equipped but basic room with very comfortable super king bed (2 singles together but no gap at all). Didn't have breakfast but the choice looked good. The room was very quiet at night. Tea & coffee and Kettle provided. with a small table/desk and 2 seats

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Motel One
Hotel was perfectly placed for Piccadilly station and the city centre. The hotel was very nice, well furnished in the public areas. The room was a good size for a single occupant. The room was clean and comfortable. Kettle was provided for tea and coffee. The breakfast provided was excellent. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone coming for a short stay in Manchester.

Room was lovely as always, only problem was it was so so hot in the after a shower. The extractor wasn’t working in our room so once we showered we couldn’t “clear the air” the ac system didn’t seem to throw any cold air out either but other then that flawless !
