Oteli hotels.com üzerinden satışa kapatmamışlar, rezervasyon almaya devam etmelerine rağmen odaları toplamışlar. Sezonu kapatmışlar. Revervasyonumuz olan otel burası komple kapalı diyip bizi diğer otellerine gönderdi. Diğer otele vardığımızda orasının da kapalı olduğunu öğrendik, otel sahipleri ve misafirleri bahçede mangal eşliğinde gürültülü ve bol küfürlü şekilde futbol maçı izliyorlardı, istiflerini dahi bozmadılar. Saat 22:00de personel bizi bir köşeye oturtup odalardan birini tekrar oda haline dönüştürdü (çarşaflar, havlular, yataklar vs toplanmış çünkü odalarda) ve geceyi o şekilde geçirdik. Personel iyi niyetliydi ve elinden geleni yapmaya çalıştı ama belli ki yönetim rezalet. Bir daha asla! Kimselere de tavsiye etmem.

They were closed for the season yet Expedia showed they were open. Luckily they prepped a room for us though we had to wait 2 hours for them to get it ready considering they had no idea guests would be coming. What's up Expedia, why did you take the reservation in the first place? They said they contacted you to remove reservations

Resepsiyondaki güler yüzlü kızın haricinde herşey vasattı.. sigara içilmeyen oda leş gibi sigara kokuyordu.. odayı 2 saat havalandırmamıza rahmen koku gitmedi.. çıkanlar olduğu halde otelin dolu olduğu gerekçesiyle yeni bi oda da vermek istemediler

Having initially booked Le Jardin Hotel, we were glad that we were given a room at the nearby sister hotel Le Chance. The rooms were nice and clean. A couple of things had to be fixed like the television, the shower head and the showerdrain. The staff immediately took action and fixed everything within the same day. Very friendly staff. The ‘serpme’ kahvalti is pretty good, we didn’t feel the need to have breakfast somewhere else. The breakfast-hours could have been a little longer though. There are many beach clubs in Bodrum, therefore we didn’t make use of the pool. The pool did look good and neat. The dinner however wasn’t that good. The food was cold and tasteless. But overall, we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you for this comfortable stay!

Bir felaketti bizim için. Resepsiyonun bulunduğu alanın pisliği ve kokusunu u unutamayacağım. Odamızda kesif bir rutubet kokusu, havalandırmak için pencereyi açtığımızda örümcek ağlarıyla kaplanmış olduğunu görüp kapattık. Havlular leke içinde, komodinlerde önceki misafirlerden kalmış poşetler, saç tokaları, banyonun güzel olan tek şeyi duvar karolarının deseni. Duş giderindeki saç yumağı (bu benim istifra etmeme sebep oldu), banyonun temizlenmediğini açılıp kullanılmış şampuandan da anladık tabiiki. Kapağı pencerede, kendisi duşakabinin üst kenarında duruyordu. Bahçedeki masa sandalyeleri sezona girerken bir kez yıkadılar sanırım. Alo 176'yı aradım. Bakanlığa bağlı değilmiş. Size tavsiyem asla belediye otellerinde konaklamayın.

The swimming pool picture captured our attention and it met the expectations. Probably they are renovating right now, because our room have modern features. The hotel has a bar which plays pop music during the day around the pool, which is a plus. We stayed in July and the price was very competitive for a half-board formula. The staff is very very friendly and sweet and also the owner/manager was super friendly and eager to answer and help at every question. Little suggestion: maybe more sunbeds needed around the pool. In the end, if I go back to Bodrum I would stay there!

Buyuk Hayal Kirikligi
Oncelikle otel 90’li yillarin basinda kullanilip uzun sure terkedilmis gorunumune sahip. Ilk giris yaptigimizda verilen oda tam anlamiyla korkunctu. Ikinci kattaki odanin girisindeki tahtalar curumus, asagisi gozukuyordu. Odada televizyon yoktu, klimanin yaninda disarinin gorulebildigi koca bir bosluk vardi, dustaki sular tazyikli degildi. Bunlari belirtince odamizi degistirdiler ancak verilen oda da, 9 puanlik bir otel icin beklentilerimizin cok altindaydi. Sabah kahvaltisinin 7:30’da baslayip, 9:30’da bittigi soylendi. Ilk gun nasil olsa o saatte uyanamayiz diye disarida kahvalti plani yaptik ama 10:30’da da kahvalti vardi. Kahvalti ve aksam yemeklerinde cesit cok az ve kullanilan urunler kaliteli degil. Havuz cok pis gozukuyordu ve giren yok denecek kadar azdi. Ayrica otelin bir kisminda insaat da devma ediyordu. Benzer butceli otellerde surekli kalan birisi olarak ilk defa bu kadar kotu bir otelle karsilastim. Kesinlikle tavsiye edemiyorum.

Las habitaciones son grandes, cómodas y limpias, la piscina está muy bien. El desayuno y la cena muy buenos. El personal en general es muy amable y atento, te ayudan en todo aunque pocos hablan inglés. Tiene servicios para llevarte a clubs en la playa y de fiesta. Nos gustó mucho.

Otelin girisi o kadar kötüydüki konaklama ucretini baştan ödemesek derhal otelden ayrilirdik.odalarda tv ,buzdolabi ,telefon yok .bina icinde merdivenler dökülüyor.guvenlik kamerasi,yangin söndürücü gibi tehlikelere karşi hicbir önlem alinmamis . Havuzu ve yemekler kötü. Vasatinda altinda bir otel .

gitmeden önce muhakkak arayın !!!
Otel e gittiğimizde hiç bir şey söylemeden bizi beklettiler. Odanız hazır diye götürdüklerinde odaların dolu olduğu ortaya çıktı. Başka bir tur firması ile sorun yaşadıkları ve kendilerinden izinsiz rezervasyon yapıldığı gibi bir bahaneyle otelde boş yer kalmadığı söylendi. Komşu olan Le Chance adlı otele transfer ettiler neyse ki, tatilimiz ziyan olmadı. Le Chance da çalışan arkadaşlar a teşekkürler. Gerekli her türlü yardımı gösterdiler ama Le JARDIN in müdürü zahmet edip açıklama yapma gereği bile duymadı.

İlk kez 10 puan verilen bir otelin bu kadar berbat olduğunu gördüm. Verilen odanın durumu berbattı. Oda temiz değildi. Çift kişilik yatak yerine iki tane tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmiş. Yataklardan biri tamamen çökmüştü. Hiç konforlu değildi. Klimanın kendine hayrı yoktu. Cam açtık onda da tüm gece müzik sesi uyutmadı. Odada buzdolabı, saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Yemeklerde köfte ve tavuk ürünleri hazır tadındaydı. Ege usulü salata olur dedik sadece yağda kızartılmış şeyler vardı.( O da midemizi rahatsız etti sonrasında) Lezzeti fena değildi. Elemanlar çok acemi. Otel sözde tadilat görmüş ancak daha kablo bantları açıkta duruyor. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel. Gidin başka yerde konaklayın. Ucuz ve vasat olsun derseniz tercih edin.Zaten kalan ortalama yaş grubu da hizmet kalitesiyle beraber oldukça düşük.
