Paid for a premium room with terrace however didn't get the room upon checking in and wasn't compensated. Got a basic double room instead. Breakfast started very late at 9am, missed breakfast of both days due to day tours starting very early. Had to ring a bell for staff all the time, wasn't knowledgeable to provide guidance for bus bookings and timings. Didn't have any recommendations for tours either. This place is good for people who knows what they wants and have done plenty of research prior and just need a place to sleep in for the night.

Not so good in winter.
This place is good but as not as good in photos. It is a budget hotel with some repurposing art decoration. The location is excellent, super close to downtown. Parking is more available on the upper street, hen you take some stairs down to hotel. P.s. It gets quite cold in winter and the AC may not be able to warm the room. No breakfast in winter.

The place to stay in Kas
This place exceeds my expectations. The host/owner and staff are very friendly & helpful. I like the design with quirks. The breakfast at the terrace is cooked on the spot and amazing with a panoramic view. I wish I had stayed a few more days and would definitely recommend friends who are visiting Kas. Location is excellent, just a stone's throw to restaurants and bars. Wifi is a little spotty during my stay though.

Fantastic place with the best views over Kas
We had such an amazing time in Kas! Efe and Can are fantastic hosts - attentive, generous, professional and very helpful. they helped us book lots of activities and secured good rates. The pansiyon is very new and the decoration is great. Fantastic terrace with views over the sea and the whole of Kas. Breakfast was tasty and was served up until late, which was an added bonus. Our room was very, light, fresh and comfortable. It was was next to the reception so sometimes it was not as peaceful as we could have hoped but all the other positive factors made this a non-issue. Overall had an awesome time and will definitely be coming back!
