We arrived at the hotel around 12:20 am, but unfortunately, the gate to the property was closed. It took us over an hour to find a way to enter. Once we managed to get in, we encountered further issues with the self-check-in process as my code did not work. Eventually, I found a way to contact a person at the B&B because nobody from Expedia was responding to me. It turned out to be a terrible experience overall. To make matters worse, we couldn't get any sleep during the night. The person in the room behind us was snoring loudly, the neighboring room had a barking dog, and to top it all off, we could hear a couple arguing nearby. It was an incredibly frustrating and sleepless night.
