The room was incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever seen in-suite laundry in a hotel room before. It was a full suite with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. The balcony wasn’t the best, but aside from that, this was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

We stayed at Old House for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The 1‑bedroom suite was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a full kitchen, two TVs, and a balcony. The lobby barista machine, fresh apples, and afternoon cookies were a great touch. Locals Restaurant was excellent, and the hotel grounds, river trails, and nearby parks made the stay even better.

Our stay was wonderful. The suite was everything we needed and the location was fantastic. We were surrounded by a lush, peaceful, park like setting so close to town. Our dryer and smoke alarm had small hiccups which were fixed right away by the kindest handy man. A latte machine and fresh backed cookies daily was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was comfortable and easy to use. I particularly liked being able to choose from various types of beverages at the coffee machine. Cookies were sometimes out of stock in the lobby, but they were refilled immediately upon request. The room was clean and generally convenient to use. One minor drawback is that I wish there were a light for sleeping. The bedside lamp was too bright, so I would have liked to have at least one soft light.
