1. They lost our reservation. ( we saw that they were all handwritten in a notebook.)
2. We arrive in evening, with a toddler, after 3.5 hours driving without dinner on a busy race weekend which meant ALL area hotels were booked.. And they were not apologetic for their mistake in ANY way.
3. They did not offer to compensate us financially. They called a few hotels and started off each conversation with "Waygookin" need a room.
4. They finally put us in a HOSTEL when we said we will take anything, we just need to get our kid fed and to sleep.
5. The HOSTEL was significantly cheaper and much farther away from our venue. However, they did not compensate for the difference OR the early morning taxi ride to the race venue...20 minutes away.
6. The hotel does not look nearly as nice in person as it does in pix.
7. Another customer come to front desk while we were waiting in lobby to complain that his room had no hot water. They told him they were having issues and couldn't fix it. Also didn't apologize to him. He was Korean.
